Reimu wants someone who is both easygoing and hard-working.
Don't expect her to be super wifely, though. She's quite subdued and mostly shows affection by being by your side as she drinks tea.
And as for Kaguya, nobody quite knows what sort of man could truly capture her heart. Wealth and status clearly do not matter to her, as we see in the rejection of her suitors, but we know little about what would make her happy.
Though in her case the more important part is needing to survive Eirin. You'd need to be immensely lucky or super intelligent to even get that far.
