I picked up Sniper Elite 4 during the steam sale... and got to thinking about monster girls. Specifically elves. They have those long ears ultra sensitive to touch right? Well if those are so sensitive with such surface area, then it stands to reason that even mild wind would provide a significant stimulus to the nerves. They're essentially built-in anemometers, and they'd only have to tilt their head side to side to determine exact direction the same way we do for sound. Any idiot can take a basic physics course and a few sessions at a gun range and learn to adjust for bullet drop. Elves have an innate ability to detect and develop reflexes for wind direction without relying on external devices/environment (waving flags, tree leaves, etc).

tl;dr
Point is, elves may make better snipers than we have previously considered because of those molestable ears.
