You forgot a bunch, there's more than just the Heavenly Kings now, the factions are:

Nijisanji, started underground but rapidly recruited people to their cause, they've successfully defeated and weakened the Nekomimi Kingdom (Nora, Noja, Riley and others, usually small-name VRchat users), but they're unstable and face infighting as too many generals want to make a name for themselves.

Amaryllis group trying to carve out a space and put their name on the map; whatever group that /other/ "german" Vtuber was part of, and then the independent ones who have yet to pick a side but their neutrality might cost them sooner or later, like Tsugu.

There's also Sora & Roboco power duo from Hololive, the ever failing Enogu struggles to keep themselves afloat, and voices on the wind speak of Tenmakinin ver G banding together once more.
BANs are alright, not very strong individually, but their true potential comes if they can coordinate as a group.

My god, we really have enough characters with unique personalities and a thousand different factions to make our own version of Warring States/Sengoku Period
