Biniku no Kaori isn't really netorare just because it's in the title. It's more of a Netori if you ask me (it's basically like (real spoiler) the mother craves to the protag's cock, she wants him to screw her badly, and then take her away from her husband).
You'd end up disappointed playing it for Netorare because it's only present in 2 bad ends if I recall correctly (the one where the awesome old man husband rapes your girlfriend, and the main climax of the game if you screwed it up somewhere in the story, and then all the heroines get gangraped, and they start loving it later (like your girlfriend who never had anal sex before and now that after like 20 people fucked her anally, she's delighted for having a footlong dick pounding her ass while her boyfriend watches her shockingly.)

Finished 媚肉の香り～ネトリネトラレヤリヤラレ～.
Well, despite that I only found the main game decent, the last 'route' or how should I call it, the 媚肉の香織 chapter (pretty clever pun) was really really impressive. Kaori is probably the sluttiest girl I have ever seen in anything. Reading her insane craving for protag's cock after knowing his side of the story really made it a good game in my opinion. I really didn't suspect anything of the stuff happening behind the curtains. Really well thought set up for the story I'd say.
Anyway game needed more insane Matsutarou and easier replay function. Moreover I did not like Saya, the main heroine. She was probably the least favorite of the heroines after Yuki (fair enough, the last chapter shows why Yuki was such a bitchy girlfriend).

Still, the animated ero was one of the best I've seen (and I do play nukiges more often than scenario driven games), vast majority of the CGs were really pretty for people who don't mind the unique character designs, and it was worth reading for the the 媚肉の香織 chapter.
Also, it wasn't Netorare heavy as people would think in my opinion. Only stuff for netorare were the bad end with Matsutarou x Yuki, and the bad end at the climax if you screwed it up, and then most of the heroines gets gangraped (and enjoy it later of course).
There was a lot more Netori by far (again, that's due to the whole premise of the stuff you find out near last route, which made the earlier Netori stuff even better in my opinion). I guess I can agree that it's regarded as a good game.
