If you can get the player to download aigis then you can bypass the region restriction. Games like Princess connect have the no gaijins allowed shit on the DMM games player but the trick is to send a command to the DMM games player to start the game and it'll start.

The DMM games player should still show the regional block screen/no gaijins allowed error but the game should boot up unless theyt took special measures with aigis to prevent this. It's how most of us on this side of the world play loliconne on PC.
