Eh. She's got strong abilities, sure, but I wouldn't call her strong. Will is weak. She spends her entire chapter in her debut game fleeing in terror from things she should be able to just beat up and indeed does.
Plus, those powers are all she's got. If they're sealed or something, which isn't unreasonable, she's just completely screwed.
