You will have to create new "Description" fields for the "Name" and "SubRegionName" card types to copy-paste the information into. You will also have to edit the card design for those card types so that the new information is displayed (you can just copy-paste the relevant styling from the "SpecialWardName" card types).

Let me know if you notice and spelling or grammar mistakes (or, indeed, factual mistakes). While most of the info is taken from Wikipedia, I did re-word and re-organise parts of it in the interest of condensing the information down and putting related information from different parts of the same article (or different articles altogether) together. I was pretty tired at the time so it's possible I made a mistake somewhere in doing so (and it's also possible that the info from Wikipedia is inaccurate).
