Why is taking pictures at Japanese concerts and other events with Japanese celebrities almost always not allowed, even though taking pictures at Korean celebrity events (including concerts) is usually allowed? Why do they usually ban recording at Japanese events even though it's generally allowed in American or European events? It's actually easier to take pics of Filipino celebrities than Japanese since taking pics of Filipino celebrities is rarely prohibited.
