Honestly I think she was better off with long hair. Generally short hair fits girls with photogenic faces by putting emphasis on them (Kuduu is a good example), while nice long hair can compensate for a less fortunate face.

Sharp tongue is a question of taste. Personally I like her soft talking voice but haven't appreciated the content so far...
