Real Battler is in the Magic Ending though. At least I assume that's what really happened, since Tohya remembers it

Something that's important to note is that they only wrote Banquet because Tohya felt guilty about being the cause of the incident. They already knew more or less what happened, since Ikuko found the Confession bottle that Yasu wrote earlier.

Tohya really did think that Eva was the culprit though, since he never saw her corpse
