I think that if you only attempt an event map once every hour then resume back to doing dailies and expeditions, you could easily finish E-1. E-2 is pushing it, but fairly easier.

You mostly are worrying about resources, since two fleets are sent out simultaneously, 3 if you include the support fire expedition.
