I figured named fairies like Clownpiece were the '10-in-body' type of fairy as described in Perfect Memento in Strict Sense. Of course, that's the at-most scenario, but fairies coming in such a large range in sizes means they'd fit anywhere between being 6 (generic fairies) to 10 (Clownpiece, who is the tallest of the named fairies by like, an inch or two).
