In the top right corner of posts on 4chan, there's an arrow that you can click that'll say google or saucenao. If you hit saucenao, it'll try to find the source for the picture in that post. If you do that for the kyouko animations, it will take you to the twitter of the artist that made them. Unfortunately, it looks like that account got nuked or the pictures were deleted. In the corner of saucenao, it'll have links to danbooru or gelbooru that you can click to see who the artist is.
