Just curious, but have any of you tried mangagamer's translated higurashi SN? How is it in terms of their use of the english language? Is it obvious it's from a different country? Did they do a good job with it, is it worth the high price?

My guess is that he was just testing out his VN engine he coded in C#. He probably has no intention of doing this project by himself, hence the reason why he said he was looking for writers. Some of the best doujin soft makers work in groups. And the few that are manly enough to do everything by themselves end up with terrible art or gameplay. ZUN to name a few.
