Nowhere in their dog-ass awful statement do they put the blame on the doxxers. They never, even once, asked or told the doxxers to stop their activities.
What a great way to manage and cover for your talent, *COVER Corp*.

This really soured my stance on COVER and "Our Lord and Savior YAGOO", to be honest. This isn't the first time they didn't do anything, or just outright refused to help their talents when they were going through rough times.

They stood by doing nothing when Mel was dealing with a stalker. From what I can read, the guy was kept employed, too?? What the hell?
When Aqua was receiving backlash over her Smash stream when playing against Abadango, not one word of encouragement or telling people: "Hey, there's real people behind the characters, who can make mistakes behind the scenes. Please do not harass our actresses." (I forgot to mention that this caused Aqua, the very next day, to break down in tears because she "inconvenienced" everyone. Ridiculous.)
Then they did nothing but make things worse for Towa when they forced her to make an apology video, instead of handling things behind closed doors. Their only response was that they were going to do better. ... We'll get to that.
Then, the copyright strike issues happened, leading to them deleting several vids, concerts, collabs, or just privating. But mostly deleting, due to their incompetence to get the proper licenses, which brought out Coco to call out COVER publically in their inability to handle the situation. This also resulted in Mio having to take an indefinite break due to several strikes on her channel. Furthermore, it was apparently so that all of the responsibility and blame was put onto the talents? Gee, bit of a history with that one too, huh COVER?
And now, the Mano Aloe situation.
We know what happened, and we know what didn't happen. COVER once again showed their complete and total inability to protect their talent or handle things behind closed doors, despite a prior situation having been proof enough that forcing your talent to publically apologize just DOESN'T. WORK.

There's more situations, but I feel these are the most egregious examples. I won't go over Kaoru or [NAME REDACTED], as I'm sure that is bound to re-open old wounds best left closed.
COVER needs to get their stuff together.
Fast.
