I have been looking for that exact one as well, as I want to make a custom Reisen 2 figure from KKHTA. Even give her a rifle and all that.

e2046 has made copies of them, but are currently sold out. If there is enough demand for it, they will make another set of them. If you promise to buy like 10 of them, they will make them for you. However that would be quite expensive.

As to why she doesn't conquer Gensokyo, why should she? She's too busy sleeping or drinking tea.
