Yikes. Imagine ditching babymetal for an imitation of an imitation of babymetal. It's not so much a sinking ship as it is now a shipwreck sitting at the bottom of the seafloor and protected by UNESCO as a heritage site.

Maybe I'm being a little harsh, I guess babymetal still half afloat but it sucks for the backup dancers that don't even get to go on the regular US/Europe tours which are only two months out of the year, and they only show up for Koba's annual year-end show in Tokyo where he puts on his full Cirque Du Suzuka spectacle with the 7 dancers finally getting a paycheck. They gotta do something for the other 364 days of the year.

not at all, there's like a sprinkle of hard rock guitars here and there, a bit more on some tracks, but their core sound is still idol pop mixed with some electro and synths.

Honestly good for Babymetal, they're branching out to the rock world instead of just sticking to metal which would kind of defeat their purpose.

Death Rabbits will keep on doing idol things and performing at idol festivals, and that's their thing. There's no bad blood or anything.
