That's it. I give up. Wasted all the resources only to make the bar drop by 1/3 and I lack sufficient ships or equipment. I'll wait for another e-peen medal. Three months weren't enough to get ready for such event. At least I managed to clear E4 on Hard. Good luck to anyone who's still trying to beat E5.
