now they are backtracking saying they will continue to torrent and release subs via IRC.

Yea, to be honest I would be pretty shocked if they decided to do 11 shows and have 11 guests and progress the actual story in 3-4 minute segments each week but then again its not totally out of the question.

I'll say this, Ayaya's part didn't seem forced this time, that because the show was the exact same format as episode 1 but just poorly written.
If Aya's character does in fact hold "the key" to the series then it's seriously in trouble.
If anything the character that seems to hold the key is Saejima-san as she is ready to burst at the seems.
