That one was a stretch. Tatsu loops = Tenshi Pressure and both have a DP where the run across the ground.

In the end, we decided that Cody throws rocks, has a weapon, and fight for their own entertainment, so Cody should move there, but really Sakura is hard one to place.

I don't know of any tourney standard because I don't know of any actual offline tournies for this game. We held a tourney once at Anime Expo and we brought arcade sticks and USB keyboards and let you use whatever.
