Are they retarded?

I like the chuubas. They're great. But the company doesn't have a clue what they're doing. They keep adding more and more chuubas despite being severely understaffed. There are popular ones that hit 100K+ subscribers and they've been waiting forever on their new outfits, 2.0, and 3D. Hell, Roa and sensei only have the one outfit!

And their 3D aren't very good either. They don't move very well. Why can't Ichikara just outsource 3D stuff to Hololive and collab more with them instead of picking up independent characters for a "network"?
