- Produces music that makes them seem hardkore and trve
- Get signed, make money, and continue playing the same album until all the band members die from old age

Babymetal (etc.):
- Idol company puts together a group of talented, experienced girls to dance and sing
- Hire extremely talented musicians to play music professionally produced by people that have been listening to that genre for decades
