I remember there use to be a mod for Team Fortress 2 that changed all the models for all the classes into Touhou characters and they also replaced every single weapon and item pick-up sound as well.

Apperently with an update that Valve added a while ago, it made Touhou Fortress 2 unplayable for pretty much forever. Which is sad because I never got to try it.
