There might be new happening quite soon considering there was news back in january that Japan starts building new anti piracy coalition with western companies to eliminate anime and manga piracy, doujin stuff can very well be in same scope.
They said that new anti piracy organization will launch around april of this year, so during or after this month we might see takedowns in nyaa or panda or even imminent death of sites like that.
