I'll post this pic so you can nitpick about minor inconsistencies in art style, but it's clearly supposed to be the same ampoule and syringe.

This is further reinforced by the fact that the ケタラール静注用200mg label on the ampoule in episode 16 is from a different bottle. It's a label from actual Ketalar bottle sold in Japan from 1970 onwards. Passione did their product placement research right.
