Cyanide capsules are finicky, they often fail to work because they age rather quickly. Not to mention its hard to get the dosage right.

If you want to do it right, remove the whole issue of shared information. Do it like they currently do, put a few new recruits in an isolated camp, have them become really close brothers and then they all go out together in one big bang.

That also removes the majority of the chance of somoene chickening out. That's how most terrorist organisations do it anyway. They even have the lads write suicide notes in advance, so theres really no turning back. And if one does get captured by slim chance, he won't know anything of value.

It's actually really scary how effective it is and how good they are at brainwashing their recruits.
