Don't know what to say, anon. I play otomes to date cute boys that western media won't give me because the west would rather focus on shaven head muscle guys than pretty guys. But there's a fine line between a pretty guy and a girl (male).

Pic related for the latter. Long lashes and round/soft looking eyes with short hair. Again, I'm generalizing what sort of combinations I'm fond of. Long hair and round girlish eyes can work if the design is good but I think it's hard to pull it off without it being a girl (male).
