I'm skimming through the list on R18, and I'll detail some of of the ones that pop out at me as being memorably good.
I really enjoyed the "secret Incest game" series, ex. RCTD-068. I really like "sneaky" films and there's a bunch of these.
I love the "Almost Miraculous Incest Happening" series(ex. RCT-378). The gimmick is that in every scene a mother and son are going about their daily lives and then suddenly accidentally start having sex. This is already a pretty silly concept, but what makes it truly sublime is that the moment of penetration is always in slow motion, in black and white, and accompanied by Chopin's Nocturne op.9 No.2. Pure kino.
The "Beautiful Mother Incest Contest" series is great. The mom in green in RCT-392 is a MAJOR qt. One of my favorite performances.
