If you blindfold her third eye, maybe, but first you'd need to induce heart shaped pupils and take a picture, because anime lwayers consider those to be a sign of consent. It would be hot to deprive her of that, something she's so used to, to create discomfort, but it could be better for her to read your thoughts beforehand, with you thinking about all the things, horrible (within reason) things you're planning on doing to her, and then acting on every single one. You'd have to make sure that blindfolding her third eye wouldn't hurt, because that'd be too cruel if it hurt to do that.
