Nothing much, actually, but you might have noticed how the PoDD hdi from nyaa comes with the secret characters unlocked even though they normally get unlocked only after clearing the game. As someone who dove blind into the pc98 games I was a bit disappointed about getting that spoiled, so I deleted these files to give the true experience™ of playing the games brand-new.
The other games didn't need the same treatment, but I still deleted the settings files from them just in case (and made clean new ones for LLS and MS so the first-run menu asking to choose the soundcard type would be skipped).
