Im on my break at the moment, so, fast random MG.
Where I come from, he's called El Duende, small dude with giant hat, like taco-people's hat more or less, hiding his face, and covering his body with a white dress. He's a child that likes to play prank on adults and sometimes kidnaps children for several days to play with them, the children return unharmed but with no memories of what happened during that time. Its unknown if it is evil or not, but still farmers and such are afraid of him even in these days. So I just genderswapped it because why not.
