There's some level of interpretation to that, but I take it as being somewhere where you'll be eternally content with what you have. You might be missing a loved one, or something you once cherished, but you won't really mind. It's a world where you won't be unhappy, even if you're missing some of the things that made you happy. And of course, it's likely those other things will eventually join you anyway, judging by how everyone ended up in the Golden Land despite the constant reminders that there would be only five invited at the time.
