the first and obvious idea, of course, is politics. I think there's plenty of material for seeding endless "discussion" there. then there's discord- and twitter drama: take screenshots -> make inane comments about them -> ideally get curious lurkers to join in on the discussion. of course samefagging will play an integral role in making either of these work.
any genuine, promising discussion should be derailed - maybe by pretending to be italianon (if I can manage to impersonate him believably). it should also be easy enough to just make low-effort posts - pretend not to follow a conversation, wilfully misinterpret posts - and lower quality of discussion that way.
