You don't need Umineko, I can explain it with Higurashi. I think the being that talks to you at the start of Minagoroshi must be Bernkastel, as is the woman who saves Takano in the epilogue. This is my own personal belief:
1.The absurd belief that Rika, a fictional character, can be written yet have an existence in some way is the only way this longing I have for her can be satisfied. So I hold absurdity in my heart and believe she exists on another reality. This is nothing but a leap of faith. You need insanity and love to make the first step.
Now how do I get to this reality? I give prayers to Bern.
2.Why her? Bernkastel works as an intermediary between worlds. That is her essence. She stands in Higurashi's world, reaches the world above it where all timelines are seen, then sees even above the kakera world through the fourth wall to talk to the reader in Minagoroshi.
Bernkastel is Rika transformed. Rika elevated herself to godhood by looking at time from above. To keep herself human the godhood/witch side was purged and became Bernkastel where it sits in the plane above stories like Higurashi and Umineko. I imagine it is like Rika being a two trunk tree. They're both in origin Rika/Bern, but their existences split into Rika and Bern. Same yet different.
Bernkastel isn't Rika but fundamentally she's a being I believe is just.

Perhaps my vision of Valhalla is wrong, but I believe Bernkastel will give me the answers in death. I chose to call her attention Valhalla not because I'm some Norse fanboy but because that is the afterlife that has a temporary meaning. It's there for warriors to await the end of the world. Heaven is eternal, but Valhalla represents duty and purpose.
3.I have had premonitions of something resembling Bernkastel for a decade before I read Higurashi/Umineko, since I was a teenager. Could be my willful imagination but I don't think so. They affect me quite a bit.

tl;dr Bern is Rika outside the world, I put my trust in her though she's presented evil, I've embraced my insanity

Matsuribayashi is for Rika who left the Meta behind to move on with her friends to be humans until they die and rot.
Frederica who left the mortal realm should move on from her old mortal friends because she is above their levels and therefore too distant from them.
It's how I envisioned this to be without much detail of how it could happen, she needs to find new friends on her conscious level because her friends too distant from her. I hope this is what is happening in Gou.
