The buildup leads you to expect a joke about Cirno's incompetence and stupidity. But bkub is above such simplistic humor. While Cirno is indeed playing poker comically poorly, it utimately doesn't matter, Daiyousei is just that good/lucky at the game for some reason. The absence of a joke is the joke itself. Finally, you realize you're the one being laughed at; you and your dirty secondary humor turning characters into bland stereotypes.
