The second PV of Satoko in the swim suit lines up with my predictions for the last two episodes. It looks like a PoV shot from Rika after waking up back at the beach scene again from the last loop of Nekodamashi. Satoko is going to blow Rika's brains out then shoot herself like usual, then Rika will loop back to the beach scene.
I think after that we're going to get some Rika speedrun escape attempts that all end in failure with lots of random cuts to the peanut gallery (Hanyuu and Eua).
Eventually I think Satoko's looping bullshit is going to backfire and K1/Rena/Mion/Shion are going to start memory leaking out the asshole and becoming mega schizos because of it (Which could explain why they look so evil in the OP and also lines up with Eua's foreboding warning about the accumulation of memories), turning Hinamizawa into an unlivable hellhole for Satoko and giving Rika a chance to escape.
As far as chekov's sword fragment goes, I think Rika will threaten to kill herself with it at some point to get leverage over Satoko so she can escape.
