Separate Keiichis, memory transmission. The Akasaka stuff in Matsuribayashi pretty much confirms it, since they talk with Himatsubushi Akasaka years after Himatsubushi and then set things up to transfer his skills to Matsuri Akasaka.

So, it's clear he was still there even though there were Akasakas in worlds between Himatsubushi and Matsuribayashi (like Minagoroshi Akasaka and Tsumihoroboshi epilogue Akasaka).

The issue is that it's specifically a very old Himatsubushi fragment, but Akasaka appears in Tsumi's epilogue and Minagoroshi (the line about it being old isn't in this screencap I saved, although it doesn't really matter since Tsumi and Mina happen right after each other with no breaks).
