I always thought of Koishi and Satori being older than both Orin and Okuu. Oldest to youngest to me would be.... Satori > Koishi > Orin > Okuu

I believe Orin should be somewhere between 200-300 years of age, because IIRC as mentioned from a previous thread, having multiple tails gives an indication of age, in increments of 100 years of age for every tail. And I don't think Okuu would be too much older or younger, simply because friends usually tend to be around the same age as each other, or at least somewhat close rather than far apart. And the only reason I think she is younger than Orin is because ZUN mentioned that for a youkai, she was relatively weak and inexperienced (pre-yatagarasu), if age is any indication of power, which it normally has some correlation with.

Underground cave = dark room where she is kept

Tubes to head = electrodes for electro-convulsive therapy

Tubes to wrists/legs = IV for drugs to keep her sedated and non-violent

Okuu/Orin = passing animals seen once briefly out a window

Ability to read minds = typical symptom of schizophrenia

Satori = insane little girl
