Armored Core with moe isn't my thing, but would probably be a good suggestion for most.

My personal belief is that the hierarchy of video games goes something like this:

1. Shmups where the player characters are all cute girls and the enemies are either cute girls, fairies or ghosts

2. Shmups where there's at least a hot girl inside of the generic spaceship shooting at other generic spaceships, provided there are cutscenes

3. RPGs where the player characters are all cute girls

4. All that other shit including shmups where everything is a goddamn robot
