A day late, but a new version of Logbook.

Pretty much everything should be working, especially the notifications for sortie win conditions. Let me know if anything is missing in terms of translations.

On KCV, I'm getting through adding/fixing anything missing from updates (such as updating the fleets in real time when you change ships or the semi-broken construction). Hopefully I'll have this done by the end of the day.

New version of KCV is out now.

As it was brought up earlier, this is mostly an update from Grabacr07's original version. It finally lets you switch between fleets in the overview and all those filtering details for the ship list. Everything else is minor/internal changes.
