The four Len'en games are pretty damn good, though the higher difficulties of the games go beyond challenging and become just plain stupid (Yeah then tiny Len'en fanbase'l scream they're not Touhou fangames... but let's face it, they're Touhou fangames)

The series of games done by ido are also really good as well (The Last Comer, Mystical Power Plant, Riverbed Soulsaver, White Names Spoiled Past). Though you're gonna need a damn good computer to consistently run the games at 60fps, his games look pretty as hell but aren't optimized for shit.
