Ignoring the usual 'furry/not furry' crap that always comes with this, does /jp/ generally agree with the size comparisons going Ran > Yukari > Chen?

Ok, weak ones: break the rules and Reimu or Ran will kill you.

Powerful ones: have generally taken refuge in Gensokyo because the outside world is uncomfortable, or downright uninhabitable. As such, causing too much damage to Gensokyo while fighting is a bad thing. Better contain oneself with the spellcard rules. Also, loosing y the rules probably hurts a lot less than breaking them and then loosing anyway.

Also, by merit of having created the damn place, Yukari probably prefers if people didn't risk it's very existence with their fighting (even if she could just recreate it from nothing, it's probably enough of a bother to get her grumpy). As such, breaking the rules would carry with it the risk of your opponent (who's probably quite something, you don't break the rules for a lvl 1 midboss) suddenly being reinforced by at the very least Ran 8suped up to Phantasm level), and quite possibly ex-Chen and even Yukari herself (heck, if you're really out of luck, a rather pissed Yuyuko might turn up as well). Powerlevel discussions be damned, but having that bunch hit you from behind can't be a good thing, especially since defeating them might be an even quicker way of undoing the Great barrier than shanking the current Hakurei.
