Well, I'd be quite happy if it's a ufotable adaptation of even just that.
I'd really appreciate any kind of Tsukihime fanservice outside of shitty Fate products to help the wait for the Remake.

It's the best TM manga by a country mile. Fantastic adaptation of the Near side that actually surpasses the VN's Arc route IMO

It's pretty much the Arc route, but also includes Ciel's backstory and a couple of new fights with Roa (one at the school, and one where he beats Ciel and Akiha). They also hint at some Far Side stuff without going deep into it.
It's a perfect adaptation honestly, better than the VN version if you ask me.
