Hana stared blankly at Sanae for a time, 'to go into that place again... where she and... No she'd have Aunn and Marisa there this time! It wouldn't end up like before! right...?' Hana muttered out, "I..."

Sanae spoke up quickly, raising her hands up as if to stop the train of thought, "Its okay though, you don't have to do anything like that if you don't feel comfortable! I know it's a lot to a-"

Hana interrupted her with a louder voice than what she muttered earlier, "Its fine Sanae-san! I... I know what that place is like, Marisa already told you what happened didn't she?"

A mix of guilt and some kind of darker emotion stirred on Marisa's face as she tapped the table. Hana continued, "I want to see him again too, and..." her voice lost some of its bravado, "If I can find something we can use then its for the better"

Hana locked eyes with Sanae, who smiled softly at her determination but the way she crossed her arms and the seriousness of her eyes showed that wasn't happy with any of it. Sanae kept it out of her voice, "Thank you Hana..." she seemed to take in the girl in front of her for a second, "I see that your father's better qualities were passed on just fine"

The seriousness behind her eyes finally filtered it's way down to her lips as she leaned in, "Still, both of you need to follow Marisa's example in staying safe from that place's magic!" Sanae glanced between her and Aunn, "If either of you start feeling funny then you better leave asap is that understood?"

Hana's face was serious as well as Aunn's who seemed a bit confused but nevertheless met Sanae's words with determination, both of the girls let out an "understood!" Sanae leaned back satisfied, "I'm sure you girls will do fine after all, I'd be going instead but Suwako-sama is being unusually strict at not letting anyone even so much as go in to scout that place out."

Sanae sighed a bit, turning to Marisa, "Now then, you said there was a kink in the barrier we could exploit?"

The trio of girls walked towards the HSE with determination on their faces, Hana recalled the words of Marisa from just a bit earlier. Supposedly the strange barrier affected time as well space on top of being similar to the grand barrier that separated the netherworld from the land of the living.

It was tougher than it seemed with Marisa complaining about how, 'that thing even ate my masterspark and waves of Danmaku without even shuddering! Its just unfair ze!' She did mention about how if they were able to get someone who could mess with the strength of it then they'd be able to peel the barrier off like an orange skin.

Marisa's confident smile at the time reassured her of that hope, 'If Hanarin and Kanako are there with me when its time there's no doubt I can rip em off, just need a bit of time ze~!'

The girls entered into the lobby of the place out of the cold drizzle, and standing there was the shikgami of the gap youkai. Ran Yakumo barely turned her eyes towards them, as if only making sure they weren't about to riot and gave a small greeting.

Right as she was about to go into her usual canned greeting her dull eyes landed upon the three girls and a light frown shoved its way to her lips before being replaced with a business smile that was painful merely to see. Her hands entered her sleeves as she crossed her arm above her belly, letting them hang, "Hakurei-sama, Kirisame-sama, and... Komainu-sama was it?"

Aunn's eyes ripped into the women as if she was personally the one holding Anon at magic point, "That's right, I know you too! You're the fox spirit comes around and tries eating of our tofu!" Ran's eye twitched ever so slightly, "Dear guest I most assuredly have not stolen any of your tofu at any point..." suppressing some kind of deep tiredness that only increased upon seeing their faces Ran left her desk.

As Ran walked towards them Aunn grasped Hana's arm and held her close as Ran simply explained with a seemingly canned response, "There is no need to be so worried dear guest, The Hakurei Shrine experience is a safe place as personally guaranteed by the great sage Yukari-sama and the white wolves of the Tengu who guard this place..." and like it was painful to say, "The Young Hakurei-sama is a VIP guest by Yukari-sama's personal invitation, we will ensure no harm befalls her at any cost..."

For a second Ran's eyes almost showed pity as she glanced at the girl, almost. Aunn didn't let go of Hana's arm but at Hana telling her that it was hard to walk Aunn reluctantly loosened her grip. Marisa butted in, "Yeah yeah, just let us through to get changed into that godawful outfit already."

Marisa rummaged into her pocket collecting what seemed to be a stack of coins with a string snaked through the center hole holding it in place. Ran interrupted her, "Ah... As guests of the young Hakurei-sama you'll all be allowed in without any cost, one of the many perks of VIP membership..."

Marisa wasted no time in placing the coins back.
