/jp/ - Otaku Culture

Right off the bat, I would already have two we could use as general guidelines that could already be adopted from this very moment on.

1) Ban all Japanese IPs. I know this can sound quite eccentric for a board devoted to suck up to otaku-oriented Japanese franchises, but they have proven to be despicable posters, what with their abysmal command of English and their one-track mind (their sole contribution is an endless string of pointless invectives against Korea, 'nuff said).
As our goal is to weed out bad apples, I propose to deny them access to /jp/ at once.
