You have 3 options if you want to farm the Okina card:
1: You play the jap version and just use Hecatia and Reisen because lol auto replay
2: You use Red Marisa + Suika + Okuu, go in full auto and hope that Okuu stays alive long enough until you win
3: You use Red Marisa + Suika + lvl 90 Okuu/Mokou with the intend of breaking shields with her regular spells. There was a specific card set-up for that but I can't remember it beyond it involving lots of P gain cards for max elements. I think that other Jap wiki had a video with the Mokou strat on it at least.
