This is why you always need to establish proper context in your posts!!

There are multiple steps, actually:

1) Technical skill, knowing combos, etc. Basically memorization of combos, how to perform, etc. Look them up if you really feel the need to improve that much.

2) Mindgames. Predict what your opponent will do, and punish them for it.

3) Pressure. Once you start punishing them heavily and doing strange blockstrings, they'll start to break under pressure, allowing them to be even more open to attack than they would normally be. The effect of this is further increased if they are 25% health or less.
