No joke, one of my friends worked as a teacher at the junior high she went to. Unfortunately he was there the year right after she stopped public school. But he shook Yui’s hand and chat with her mother when she visited the school’s sports day. I know what’s school district she was zoned in, which means I know the approximate 1 kilometer radius that her home has to be in.

With that said I’m not about to go looking through a neighborhood like a creeper just to find a Mizuno name plate and knock on the door to ask if she’s okay.

Especially not as a pale ass foreigner.

So a friend of mine lives and works in Kawasaki. For those who don't know, Yui lives there. He actually works at the junior high she used to attend a few years back. (He missed being her teachcer by 6 months)

Well the kids had their sports festival this past Saturday and Yui apparently went to watch it. Buddy mentions he is a fan to one of the other teachers, then in a few moments a woman walks up and introduces herself as Mrs. Mizuno, Yui's mom. She calls her daughters over and my friend then gets to shake Yui's hand and tell her he likes their music and thank her.

Apparently the whole exchange was only about 15 seconds long, but I'm still jelly as fuck.
School zoning rules dictate that the Mizuno household is somewhere within a one kilometer radius from where he works.

Lucky bastard. I introduced him to BABYMETAL only a year ago, and he's the type of fan who doesn't even remember the girl's names.
