I will try to be more condescending then the others. You know, if you really want to know more about the characters, the doujin anime is the last place you should be looking. For one half of the personalities there are wrong, with blatant ones such as Marisa's (she acts like a old geezer when she is actually much more mischievous).

If you really want to know about her, play the games. 7 especially if you haven't played that yet. There are the official Mangas too, pic related. You can read them here:

Everyone is wrong.

Alice is neither batshit insane or a shut in. From the official Mangaa it seems that she has a normal personality but is overprotective of her stuff (especially the grimoire).

Try to base your opinion on official stuff for once.
