I see that you like contrapuntal stuff, but the counterpoint here is pretty weak: many parallel fifths and octaves, voices that get lost, many dissonances in a row, that kind of stuff.
Also, you still don't have any regards for harmony. I'm seeing lots of stuff that don't even make sense in pop music, chord retrogressions like I64 to ii.
Don't get discouraged. I used to do the same thing.

I composed this at the start of the year as an exercise. This is the perfect example of counterpoint without any regards to harmony.
If you'd like, I could write a short tutorial to adress these problems.
